1. How long does it take my order to be processed?
Orders are processed within 10-14 business days. Some embroidered items may take longer.
2. My item was damaged in transit. What do I do?

3. My item does not fit. What are my options?
Because all items are custom made, we do not currently offer refunds for returns. You may exchange your item within 5 business days as long as it has not been worn and is in new condition.
